The contract is between the Hirer and Close Chairn Cottages Ltd.

Under no circumstances can the property be sublet unless authorised
by the company.

Bookings are deemed
provisional until the booking form has been
returned along with the required deposit, or if the booking is made less than
60 days before the start of the holiday the total rent due.

Non payment of the
full fee at the due date will be treated as cancellation and the company will
re-let the property without reference to the hirer who remains liable
for the full amount.

The company regrets
that once the full amount has been paid they are unable to refund any monies
and strongly recommend that cancellation insurance be taken out.

The cottage is
thoroughly cleaned between occupancies and we ask that the cottage be left in
a clean and tidy state prior to your departure.

The cottage is
available Saturday to Saturday arrival after
2.00pm and departure before
10.am.

The Company cannot
accept any responsibility for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or
inconvenience whether to person or property, which the hirer or any
other person may suffer or occur arising out of or in any way connected with
the letting, or resulting from any other cause whatever. So Please take out
your own holiday insurance.

In the event of any
complaint, please notify us immediately.

Completion of the
booking form implies acceptance of all the above conditions.
